Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a factory.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3 - 5 days for the 1PC sample. It can be arranged when we make a deal within 2 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15 - 20 days with 50 - 100pcs, 1 month with 1GP for our basic style if the goods are not in stock. It needs to be negotiable if you want OEM or ODM.
Q3: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can offer the samples for your further confirmation. You need to pay the samples fee and shipping fee. But we promise to deduct the sample fee if we make an agreement on mass production later.
Q4:Is it OK to print my logo on a height-adjustable desks product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample when the order reached to 200pcs or more.
Q5: What are your terms of payment?
A: You can pay directly through our Alibaba store with a credit insurance order for a sample or small amount. This can protect your
benefit and mutual- trust.
